2022 was a really exciting year for the LandTech Community – starting at 520 members and growing by nearly triple to 1,500.
We also launched LandDeals and in-person networking events, creating even more opportunities for our members to build their networks and collaborate on projects.
In 2023, we want to push this even further and make Community the go-to place to get deals done.
We’re very glad to have so many of you here with us and we’re going to keep striving to deliver new features and content that will help you unlock even more business value.
So, what do we have in store?
You can now access all your favourite Community features whilst on the go with our new mobile app.
The app has all the same functionalities as the desktop version, but you’ll be able to scroll through the live feed, catch up on new content, and check if any new opportunities have been uploaded to LandDeals from the comfort of your phone.
It will be easier than ever to browse our member directory and send a message to connections operating in your area.
Plus never miss out on an event or new product update with push notifications sent directly to your phone.
Download the app for IOS here and android here.
LandDeals launched at the end of 2022 and has already been seeing great traction – with Community members sharing a wide range of opportunities and land requirements directly into the group.
In 2023, we want to make LandDeals even bigger and better. In fact, we want to make it the go-to place for property professionals to find and collaborate on off-market deals.
Find out more about LandDeals here.
Knowing what’s happening in your target areas is key to being able to execute on strategy.
Not only will you be able to get insights from other property professionals operating in your area, but you’ll also be able to join us at our regionally-focused networking events where you can discuss topical issues and challenges in person.
In addition, we’ll also post regular updates on Local Plans and emerging policy, so you’ll know when there are important changes taking place in any local authorities you’re keeping an eye on.
After the success of London Network Focus Live, we’ll be holding more networking events up and down the country.
These events are a great opportunity to meet other property professionals working in your area, learn key market insights, and build strong business connections.
Our first event of the year will be held in Birmingham on 25th April – more information to come.
On top of all these exciting new features and events, we will keep delivering high-quality thought leadership content to help inform your decision-making.
From data-driven reports to webinars tackling the issues affecting you, we have you covered with the Community.
